Welcome to FoodX (“App”) by Gaia Next SL. By downloading, installing or using FoodX, you agree to these Terms of Use. FoodX is a general wellness tool for tracking calories and nutrition; it is not a medical device and does not replace professional advice.

2. Definitions

• App: the FoodX mobile application.
• User: any person who downloads, installs or uses the App.
• Content: any data you provide or that the App generates, including profile information, meal photos, chatbot conversations and AI-generated recipes.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices in accordance with these Terms.

4. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

5. Use of the App

• Core Functions: calorie and nutrient tracking via photo or manual entry.
• Chatbot & Recipe Generator: an AI agent can access your nutritional data to log meals, suggest menus and create personalized recipes. These features are informational only and do not replace medical or dietary advice.
• Disclaimers: all nutrition plans, suggestions and recipes are for guidance. Consult a qualified professional before making health or diet changes.
• Advertising & Rewards: this app displays non-personalized advertisements to allow users to earn virtual coins ("coins"). These ads do not collect any personal data and are only used to unlock features in the app.

Rewards Program

“FoodX Coins” are virtual units with no monetary value. Under certain conditions, they may be redeemed for symbolic rewards such as gift cards or capped cash payouts. Each withdrawal request is manually reviewed by FoodX. Apple is not a sponsor of, nor involved in, this program. FoodX may refuse or defer a request in case of suspected fraud, identity mismatch, ineligibility (including being under 18), or breach of these Terms.

Identity Verification and Eligibility

For any withdrawal request, FoodX requires an official identity document to verify legal age and the ownership of the destination account. FoodX may request additional information and suspend processing until verification is complete.
